Use of the site
You agree to provide accurate information, respect intellectual property, and not misuse the site. Accounts are for your personal use; keep your login secure.
Orders, engraving, and payment
Personalized orders begin production after payment. Proofs are produced only when stated. Prices and availability may change. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. You authorize us to engrave text or artwork you provide.
Returns and cancellations
Engraved or personalized items are final sale except for defects or errors on our part. Report issues within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can remake or refund when appropriate.
