Use of the site

You agree to provide accurate information, respect intellectual property, and not misuse the site. You are responsible for the accuracy of any brand assets, logos, or artwork you submit.

Quotes, production, and payment

Production begins after you approve a quote and proof, and payment terms are confirmed directly with our team. Prices and turnaround are quoted per project. You authorize us to reproduce the logo, text, or artwork you provide on the agreed products.

Returns and corrections

Custom branded and personalized items are final sale except for defects or production errors on our part. Report issues within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can remake or credit when appropriate.
